Material Design

Focusing on specific application scenarios, we customize the design and development of special materials. So far we have improved material cleanliness, reinforced technological research, solved technical problems such as oxygen and nitrogen increment, sphericity, flowability, particle size distribution, etc., enhanced mechanical properties through composition optimization, heat treatment systems and other methods, innovated more than 100 kinds of powder products like superalloys, titanium and titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, die steel and medical alloys.

Design of Superalloy Powder Material

Aiming at the problems of internal micro-cracking and low high-temperature performance of superalloy powder material, we carry out the melting and composition optimization of ultra-high-purity superalloys and develop more than 20 kinds of superalloy materials such as Hastelloy X,In625, GH3230, HA188, In718, GH4099, etc.

Design of Titanium Alloy Powder Material

We have carried out process verification and data accumulation of 3D printing of titanium alloys, heat treatment system and mechanical property regulation of alloys, and also developed more than 10 kinds of titanium alloy materials such as Ti64 G5, BT20 and NiTi.

Design of Aluminum Alloy Powder Material

Having conducted systematic research on the composition design of crack-free, nano-precipitated high-strength composite aluminium alloy powder, dedicated for aerospace applications, we developed a new generation of high-strength aluminium alloy material HSAl-13 and medium-strength aluminium alloy material HSAL-6 dedicated for additive manufacturing with independent intellectual property rights (Patent No. CN113025853A). The yield strength of HSAl-13 material could exceed 500 MPa after heat treatment.

Design of Medical Cobalt-chromium Alloy Powder Material

We have improved the surface quality of the products, increased the strength of the gold-ceramic bond, the toughness of the material, optimized the composition for medical powder materials, developed CoCrMoW, CoCrW and other medical alloy powder materials.

Powder Trial-Manufacture

According to the requirements of customized powder products, we adopt the world-leading atomization technology such as vacuum/non-vacuum induction gas atomization, electrode induction gas atomization, plasma torch atomization technology, plasma rotating electrode atomization, etc., and carry out the whole process including powder trial-manufacture, small batch production, application verification and mass production, with more than ten sophisticated powder production lines and production capacity of tons of powder.

Heat treatment

We formulate the heat treatment process according to needs, and improve the performance of the products by means of heat treatment such as annealing, solution, solution and aging, etc., so that the products meet the requirements of use. The largest size of vacuum heat treatment furnace is φ1500mm×1500mm.
